i teach beginner pole classes, heelwerk/erotic movement, and a class that i created called beginner combos and conditioning black widow pole arts in abq, nm.

my classes cover introductory pole and erotic movement style choreography while focusing on embodied experience, efficiency and injury prevention, and ensuring every student feels welcomed and leaves class feeling good. i teach with compassion and presence.

i taught a workshop called “modern dance for pole dancers” at pole con international in baltimore, ma in 2024. i’m returning to pole con in 2025 to teach a seminar on cuing for instructors! excited to see you there!
